By entering the Artworld Deadstock prize competition you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
- Eligibility to enter
- The prize competition is open to UK residents over 18 years of age
- In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win
- A maximum of one entry per individual or institution is permitted
- How to enter
- An entry into the competition can be bought from the Artworld Deadstock website: artworlddeadstock.com/uncanny
- Each entry costs £5, and the entrant must choose an answer to the competition question from the drop-down menu.
- An entry cannot be made without an answer to the competition question
- Competition process
- The competition will close at XXX, after which the webpage will be taken down and no more entries will be allowed
- If there is more than one entry with the correct answer, the winner will be chosen at random from these entries
- The winner will be contacted on XX
- Competition prize
- The competition prize is the four-panel artwork ‘The Garden of the Uncanny Valley’, executed 20XX by Frederika Dalwood
- The competition winner will be contacted and delivery of the artwork arranged. The delivery address must be in the UK. There will be no delivery charges or fees, the only cost is the £5 cost of entering the competition
- The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered
- The decision of Artworld Deadstock regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it
- Data protection
- You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Artworld Deadstock for the purposes of administering the competition and announcing the winner, unless otherwise stated
- All personal information shall be used in accordance with Artworld Deadstock’s Privacy Policy.
- General
- Artworld Deadstock does not provide any form of practical or IT support for this prize.
- Artworld Deadstock reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
- The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
