All of our products (excluding Postcards from Grandma) are carefully packed in linoprinted boxes, accompanied by a certificate of authenticity, an Artworld Deadstock badge and some stickers.

Our postage times

Please allow up to three days for your order to be packaged and shipped, in addition to the postage time you have selected.

For A Postcard From Grandma, please allow 3 days for Grandma to write the postcard. It will then be sent first class.

We offer two rates, Royal Mail 24h tracked and Royal Mail 48h tracked. Please get in touch with us if you would like a different postage option for your order.

Where we ship to

Currently we only ship to the UK.

If you’re from outside of the UK and you’d like to purchase one of our products, please get in touch with us and we can organise custom postage for you.

Returns

We don’t accept returns on orders unless the wrong product has been supplied, or if it was damaged during postage. If one of these has happened to your order please email us and we can arrange the return and the postage of a new product ASAP.
